Coventry Show 2008
The Private Hire & Taxi exhibition held at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th May 2008, was another exceptional two day show.
Part of Patons Taxiworld, Cygnus Automotive and CAB5000 showed their new and innovative products.
With Cygnus demonstrating their new stylish MR500 taximeter, offering 2 years warranty, with a choice of fittings and fascia colours. Change your meter colour with your mood. Choose between black, silver, blue and violet.
Cygnus’ CygCam CCTV systems were also on show. CygCam offers up to a four camera system with a removable hard disk and ensures drivers do not incur any downtime waiting for images to be processed. Images have been used as evidence in a number of successful prosecutions throughout the UK. CygCam is the only camera system that has the latest security coding encrypted system offered in the market place to-date. This system will allow downloads to be undertaken by authorised licensing officers or the police.
CAB5000 were on hand demonstrating the new interfaces for their established bookings and dispatch system as well as displaying a large selection of dataheads. New for this year are the CabNav and CabNav Mini units, which feature a smoother, more modern look whilst still providing the simplicity of use and advanced features of their other units.
